REGISTRATION FEE FOR LODGING and TOURNAMENT
A non-refundable $50.00 deposit is due to Mr. Bellamy by Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at 11:00 a.m.
Please fill out this form to register for the speech and debate tournament at Carrollton High School to be held on November 15-16, 2019. This is a CONTRACT to attend unless you have a serious family emergency. The school will be charged for your entry after the registration deadline passes, and you will be liable for the lodging and tournament costs, which will be added to your school account.
COSTS
Students will need money for Friday lunch, dinner, lodging and Saturday lunch, dinner and snacks. Est. $35 meals, plus the $50 for prepaid lodging and tournament fees, a total of $85 for all costs.
DEPARTURE
We will depart at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 15, 2019.
RETURN
We should return to Thomasville by about 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 16th. We will ask the students to call parents when we are about 60 minutes from arrival.
