Workout Schedule
🏋️♂️ September 2025, 4-on-1 Workouts and Conditioning
- Mondays:
- 3:45 – 5:00 PM
- Tuesdays:
- 7:00 – 8:15 PM
A current physical must be on file. Team members should try to attend at least one workout session weekly (except breaks) until formal practices begin on January 26, 2026.
Competing in challenge matches and 4-on-1s before January 26, 2026, will be a prerequisite for tryouts.
Skill-Building Sessions
⚠️ Sport-Specific Practices (Outside of Season):
- Limited to four players per team per planned session.
- Middle school athletes with a physical on file are not limited to four.
🎾 Skill-Building Four-to-One Sessions:
- Offered on Mondays & Tuesdays for both boys’ and girls’ teams.
- High school athletes can voluntarily practice and participate in non-school competitions without coach involvement.
- Schools and coaches are NOT responsible for supervising athletes practicing unsupervised at the tennis courts.
- Athletes remaining at the tennis courts after a workout or planned skill-building session do so voluntarily.
Athletes must also comply with team policies.
