Complete the three-step process below to join the tennis team; (1) complete the physical, (2) complete the required athletic department forms (link coming soon), and (3) verify eligibility if unsure. The GHSA physical form is required before a player can participate in practice.

 TCCHS must have a current physical. Complete the Thomas County Physical Form with your physician. Click the link to download the form.

You must return this form to Coach Bellamy or Lorie Lawing in Dr. Duplantis’ office before you can begin participating.

Follow the steps provided by the TCCHS Athletic Department for participation.
