REGISTRATION FEE FOR LODGING and TOURNAMENT
$35.00 due by Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.
Please fill out this form to register for the speech and debate tournament at Alpharetta High School to be held on January 19, 2019. This is a CONTRACT to attend unless your have a serious family emergency. The school will be charged for your entry after the registration deadline passes, and you will be liable for the lodging and tournament costs, which will be added to your school account.
COSTS
Students will need money for Friday dinner, lodging and Saturday lunch, dinner and snacks. Est. $35 meals, plus the $35 for prepaid lodging and tournament fees,
DEPARTURE
We will depart at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, January 18, 2019.
RETURN
We should return to Thomasville by about 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 19th. We will ask the students to call parents when we are about 60 minutes from arrival.
